Our support team is happy to assist you with any problems arising during the installation of your theme, making sure your theme looks like the demo theme. We are also happy to assist with any bug fixes related to our theme’s code. We do not offer support for general WordPress questions, issues arising from third-party plugins or changes to your theme’s code by you or someone else, or customizations beyond font and color changes.
We only offer support for our themes through our ticketing system, found here. We are unable to provide support through social media or any platform channels (like Etsy, Creative Market or others). This is so we can best serve you quickly and efficiently.
We respond to all support tickets within 2 business days, but do not work on weekends.
